All measurements should be snug(tight fitting). Necessary allowance will be added by our master tailor.

Select a Kaftan/Trad, Tunic or Agbada of your choice.

2. Get a measuring tape and a friend

Follow the instructions in the measurement videos to get a perfect fit. Measurement takes about 5mins.

Do not wear any thick piece of clothing such as jacket or cardigan. Shirt or t-shirt is just perfect. Remove your shoes, belt and any item in your pockets

Your measurement will remain saved on your profile and can be used to shop anytime.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Ready-to-wear (Casuals and Accessories)

Menskaftan will accept returns and exchanges of only new, unused, unwashed, unaltered ready-to-wear (casual and accessories) items with all tags intact within 10 days of delivery to you. Cost of returns or exchanges will only be covered by Menskaftan if it's as a result of our processes or error in our production. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and refund maybe offered in Lieu of exchange. Please contact our customer experience team to request for a refund or return.

Made-to-measure garments (Kaftan/trad, Agbada and Tunics)

Please note that we do not offer refund for this category due to the fact that made to-measure garments are made for individual customers and cut based on your measurements. Menskaftan does not offer any opportunity to return or exchange garments under this category. However, If any little alteration is needed, Menskaftan will be happy to fix it at no extra cost within 10 days of delivery to you. Please note that return cost will be covered by the customer. Menskaftan will not be liable if the measurement and video guide provided on Menskaftan.com was not used by the customer.
